Book of Beirut

is a candid collection of how the children of Beirut felt, interpreted, remembered, and thought about the explosion of 4 August 2020. Watching them pour their fears and dreams for a better future onto an empty canvas made me want to give them a voice to share their stories. The Book of Beirut is a glimpse into the purity of childhood and its ability to heal the world – when empowered.
